A Guide to CBD Tea and How to Make It

While gummies used to dominate the CBD edibles industry, there are now a growing number of options available to advanced CBD consumers. CBD tea is one among these possibilities, maybe unsurprisingly. In this article, we will explain what CBD tea is and how you may create your own from the comfort of your own home.

What Is CBD-Infused Tea?

CBD tea is exactly what it sounds like: CBD-infused tea! Teas steeped with herbs like chamomile and mint are common in the health and wellness sector. A few astute manufacturers also enjoy marketing “hemp” tea. However, it is critical to distinguish between CBD tea and hemp tea.

This is frequently evident from the product’s mg labeling (e.g., contains 50mg of CBD). Hemp teas, on the other hand, are made from the plant’s flowers and leaves. They contain very few phytonutrients from hemp and hence do not provide the same advantages as genuine CBD tea.

Although the leaves of industrial hemp contain THC, as previously stated, manufacturers frequently infuse additional cannabinoids into the teabag. Tea bags aren’t your only option, of course. Again, this is most likely hemp tea.

Keep in mind that hemp tea is not for everyone – the earthy, bitter flavor may turn off some people, and you may find yourself adding enormous quantities of sweetness to hide the taste! Of course, you can prepare your own CBD oil tea at home with just a few components, as we explain later in the post.

Why Is CBD Oil in Tea Useful?

According to the WHO, it poses “no significant health risks.”When anecdotal claims of CBD’s possible health benefits emerged, users began to use it. The chemical is still being researched. Scientists have learned a little bit about how the molecule works and how it may have beneficial impacts on the body.

All humans have an endocannabinoid system (ECS), which maintains physiological balance and homeostasis. Many experts believe CBD can promote the body’s production of endocannabinoids, allowing the ECS to function more optimally and efficiently. In other words, it may benefit overall health and wellness on a number of physiological levels.

Practical CBD Tea Benefits

CBD-infused tea is an excellent choice for a variety of reasons. For starters, it carries cannabidiol’s general health benefits; when taken as a daily food supplement, CBD products can support a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Second, CBD tea includes the medicinal effects of the additional components. Of course, different tea blends have different benefits. Green tea, for example, can provide a variety of benefits due to its high antioxidant content. Turmeric, on the other hand, is well-known for its anti-inflammatory qualities.
